Our unique, royal blue vest top is an adaptation on a traditional vest that has been turned into a long, royal blue blouse with a distinctive tailored look. The tailoring, however, does not detract from its fun, playful look. This blouse is fully lined and fashioned into a double breasted style with two large matching buttons. The length covers the hips in a figure-flattering fashion statement. The vest top has a plunging vee neckline surrounded by moderate-sized lapels. There are two decorative pocket flaps in front.
