At first glance, this short sleeved dress looks very much like a three piece outfit. However, it is one dress with a distinct layered look. The first thing one notices about this dress is the beautiful, rich shade of teal fabric from which it was constructed. This is high quality fabric found only in the finest dress shops. The top consists of a straight-necked under garment. A loosely cut outer top covers that, exposing a vee portion of the under garment.
