This is a beautiful, form-fitting, women's off shoulder dress with long ruffled sleeves. The elasticized neckline pulls down over the arms, exposing the upper chest, shoulders and upper back. The dress is constructed from a high grade cotton blend fabric, to which a small percentage of Spandex has been added for a nice stretch. This dress has three quarter length sleeves with a high-low ruffle at the ends. The back side of the ruffle is approximately 6″ longer than the front side. This dress is mini length, with the hemline ending at the mid thigh.
