This is a prim women's black surplice peplum dress that is appropriate for office wear, or for after five. It features a vee shaped neckline and is cut on the diagonal through the bodice. The three quarter length sleeves go to the elbows, and have 4″ ruffles attached. The waistline is raised, and has a 10″ peplum ruffle gathered thereon. The ruffle covers the upper abdomen and the upper hip line. The skirt portion of the dress is a straight cut. The hemline ends approximately 4″ above the knee. This dress zips in back with a long concealed zipper. It looks great with black heels or platform sandals.
