Off Shoulder Maxi Dress (2 Pieces) - Black Skirt / Striped Top

This off shoulder maxi dress in black and white offers the best of both worlds. The upper portion is a casual French design that features a loose fitting bodice in a soft, cotton knit, and dramatic off the shoulder neckline that is cut straight, and that pulls down over the tops of the arms, exposing the upper chest, upper back and shoulders of the wearer. It is white with horizontally-placed, narrow stripes. The skirt portion of the dress has a 3″ waistband that fastens in back with a hook and eye closure above the medium length zipper. It is made from a shiny satin fabric with layered netting underneath that provides a moderate fullness. The hemline of this dress ends at the floor. The skirt portion comes in solid black.
